The new Pluxee app: even more intuitive and comprehensive

At the start of the new academic year, Pluxee will launch a new mobile app that is more intuitive and accessible. Easier to use, it will offer a better user experience, while providing the features and benefits reserved for members of the Pluxee network. We explain everything below.
Compliant with European digital accessibility standards, our new app has been designed to best meet your everyday needs. The result: a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience.
Available from September 9, this improved version will include all the current features, with optimized performance. The transfer will be very simple, without having to modify your data or recreate an account. The old app will remain available for approximately two months to give you time to download the new one.
Simply called “Pluxee,” it will be available for free download on Google Play Store and the App Store. Of course, your login details and contact information will be automatically saved. Switching between apps will be even faster if you enable biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition). This simple and secure option allows you to log in without having to re-enter your login details. You can activate it when you first log in or at any time in the “Personal Information” → “Security” section.

In this new application, you will find all the Pluxee features:
- Manage all your benefits in one app, such as your meal vouchers and gift vouchers.
- Check your balance
- View your transaction history
- Easily locate the points of sale and merchants in our network using our interactive map.
- Pay quickly and securely via Apple Pay or Google Pay, directly with our partners.
- Don't miss out on our promotions and exclusive offers.
And that's not all: other features will gradually be added to enhance your experience.
