The Pluxee card

It's the key to a whole new world of opportunities. It works like any other payment card, allowing you to pay for your food purchases with the greatest of ease, at the payment terminals of our merchant partners. If you wish, you can pay via contactless payment or mobile payment. It will also allow you, on simple presentation, to access exclusive offers from our partners!

The Pluxee Lunch card is valid for 4 years, and e-vouchers are valid for one year from the date of loading. The oldest credits are automatically used up first.

Where can I find my CARD ID?

You will need to provide your Card ID when creating your account and for each exchange with the Pluxee team. 

  • If you have a physical card: the CARD ID is written on the back of your card and begins with LUX. 
  • If you have a virtual card: in the PDF document attached to the e-mail entitled “Pluxee virtual card: your Card ID” received when finalizing the creation of your virtual card. 

To create your account on the Pluxee mobile application, you only need to enter the last 8 digits. 

Where can I find my Pluxee ID?

When creating your account, you will need to provide your Pluxee ID:

  • If you have a physical card, you'll find it on the same letter as your PIN code. 
  • If you have a virtual card, your Pluxee ID can be found in the e-mail you received after creating your card, entitled “Pluxee Virtual Card: Your Pluxee ID”.

How can I activate my card?

When you receive you card, it is inactive. You can activate it through the Pluxee app by going to "Wallet" at the bottom of the screen then Settings at the top left. Click on "Activate this card".

Cardholders who do not have access to the Pluxee application can request activation from the consumer service of Pluxee by email at consumers.lu@pluxeegroup.com or by calling at 00352 28 76 15 00 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Please give us your Pluxee ID & Card ID.

How much can I spend with my Pluxee Lunch card?

As of the 1st of January 2024 and following the update of the Grand-Duchy regulation dating from the 29th of December 1986, the daily expense limit has been set to 5 times the face value of a lunch voucher. If you do not know the face value of your vouchers, please contact your employer. Your daily spending limit also appears in your Pluxee mobile application or web portal, in the "Wallet" tab.

Where can I use my Pluxee Lunch card?

You can use your Pluxee Lunch card within the Pluxee Lunch network. 

You can consult the list of restaurants from the Pluxee Lunch network on the mobile App Pluxee on map or on list on "EXPLORE". You can define your position and look for the restaurants and stores closest to you.

How do I replace my Card?

If your card is permanently lost, if it has been stolen, or if it is damaged and unusable or if you have never received your card, please contact our consumer service (by e-mail on consumers.lu@pluxeegroup.com or by phone on 00352 28 76 15 00  from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.) to block it and a new card will be ordered automatically and will be sent to you. Please give us your Pluxee ID.
