Can Luxembourg Lunch vouchers be used abroad?
Lunch vouchers are subject to specific legislation in each country. Luxembourg lunch vouchers are subject to Luxembourg legislation and therefore can be used only in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
Where can I see my balance after each purchase transaction?
Your balance is updated after each purchase transaction. You can consult it on the mobile application Pluxee as soon as you log in on the home page or on "WALLET".
The balance and the transaction history can also be consulted on the web portal Pluxee.
Where can I pay with my Pluxee card via Apple Pay?
Just like with your Pluxee card, at all affiliated merchants with contactless payment terminals. You can geolocate them on Pluxee app.
Where can I find my CARD ID?
You will need to provide your Card ID when creating your account and for each exchange with the Pluxee team.
- If you have a physical card: the CARD ID is written on the back of your card and begins with LUX.
- If you have a virtual card: in the PDF document attached to the e-mail entitled “Pluxee virtual card: your Card ID” received when finalizing the creation of your virtual card.
To create your account on the Pluxee mobile application, you only need to enter the last 8 digits.
Where can I find my Pluxee ID?
When creating your account, you will need to provide your Pluxee ID:
- If you have a physical card, you'll find it on the same letter as your PIN code.
- If you have a virtual card, your Pluxee ID can be found in the e-mail you received after creating your card, entitled “Pluxee Virtual Card: Your Pluxee ID”.
If you have already created your account, you can find your Pluxee ID in your Pluxee application :
- Go to the "cards" tab
- Select your card
- Click on the "settings" icon on the top right of your screen
- Chose "Display card ID" and copy your ID to your clipboard
Where can I use my Pluxee lunch vouchers?
The Pluxee Lunch card, whether physical or virtual, works like a bank card at all Pluxee partner merchants with a point-of-sale terminal or online store (e-commerce). You can view the list of restaurants and merchants in our Pluxee Lunch network on the Pluxee mobile app or via the web portal. You can set your location and search for the restaurants and merchants closest to you.
You can suggest new merchants by sending an email to merchants.lu@pluxeegroup.com.
Where can I see the transactions I made with Apple Pay?
In your Pluxee App, you can see all transactions you have made with your Pluxee card.
In the Apple "Wallet" App, you will see only transactions made with your Apple Pay.
Where can I see my transactions?
You can access this information whenever you need to, in real time, by logging in to your account in the app Pluxee via "WALLET". A 3 months history of transactions will be displayed. You can search and filter transactions by type and period.
This is also available on the Pluxee web portal.
What is Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a mobile payment solution. You can pay contactless in a store or restaurant with your iPhone or Apple Watch via NFC.
All you have to do is hold your iPhone or Apple Watch in front of the contactless reader, follow instructions on the payment terminal.
Who can benefit from Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a solution for users of an iPhone or Apple Watch. The device requires to be able to manage the NFC function.
Do I have to keep the mobile payment active on my smartphone?
The mobile payment is only active if you want to. You can decide to activate or deactivate it anytime you want.
I accidently deleted my Pluxee card from the Wallet, can I add it again?
Yes, once deleted your Pluxee card can be scanned and activated again. You can use it again with Apple Pay.
How much can I spend with my Pluxee Lunch card?
As of the 1st of January 2024 and following the update of the Grand-Duchy regulation dating from the 29th of December 1986, the daily expense limit has been set to 5 times the face value of a lunch voucher. If you do not know the face value of your vouchers, please contact your employer. Your daily spending limit also appears in your Pluxee mobile application or web portal, in the "Wallet" tab.

Where can I use my Pluxee electronic gift vouchers?
The Pluxee Gift card, whether physical or virtual, can be used like a standard payment card at partner merchants equipped with a terminal or on their online shops. To find out where you can use your Pluxee Gift card, check the Pluxee mobile app or the store locator, which also allow you to easily locate affiliated stores near you.

Where can I see the transactions I have made with Google Pay?
In your Pluxee App, you can see all transactions made with Google Pay and your Pluxee card.
In the “Wallet” app, you will see transactions made with Google Pay.
Where can I pay with my Pluxee card via Google Pay?
You can use your Pluxee card with Google Pay at merchants belonging to the Pluxee acceptance network who display the “contactless” symbol on their payment terminal.
Who can benefit from Google Pay?
Google Pay is a solution for users of Android devices. The device concerned must be able to manage the NFC function.
Google Pay: What should I do if my smartphone is lost or stolen?
If your device is lost or stolen, you can use the “ Find my mobile ” service to remotely deactivate Google Pay. Delete all payment cards stored in Google Pay.
How can I pay via Google Pay?
- Unlock your phone or launch the “Google Pay” application if you're using a Smart Watch
- Hold the top of your device close to the payment terminal screen and the payment process will be launched
- Once completed, your device will display a notification of the completed transaction
How can I add my Pluxee card to Google Pay?
- Open the Pluxee application
- Go to your card's settings menu
- Click on “Add to Google Wallet
- Select your device*
- Accept the Terms and Conditions of use
* Only possible if you own more than one device: you can choose on which device you want to add your card.
After the first registration, please repeat the operation described above if you wish to add your card on another device.
