ARTICLE 1 - General information

1.1    The organizer (the “Organizer”) of the competition is PLUXEE LUXEMBOURG, a public limited company registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under number B31382, whose registered office is located at 39 rue du puits romain L-8070 Bertrange.

1.2.    The Organizer may call upon a third-party company (the “Third Party”) to organize the contest and provide the prizes.

ARTICLE 2 - Entry conditions

2.1    The competition is open only to individuals over 18 years of age

• Who are holders of an active Pluxee Luxembourg card (Pluxee Lunch Card or Pluxee Gift Card).
• Validly registered and participating in the “10 ELLE subscriptions to win” competition. 

2.2    The competition is limited to one entry per person and per event. Participation is strictly personal and nominative.  

2.3     Employees of Pluxee Luxembourg may not participate in the contest.  

2.4     The competition begins on April 7, 2025 and ends at midnight on April 25, 2025.

ARTICLE 3 – Participation

3.1    To take part in the “10 ELLE subscriptions to win” competition, the following steps must be completed:

• Fill in the first and last names appearing on the participant's Pluxee card.
• Correctly answer the questions on the form.
• Agree to accept the contest rules.
• Agree or disagree to your e-mail being sent to ELLE Luxembourg.
• The tie-breaker question will decide between participants who have given the correct answers. 

3.2    At the end of the competition, the winners will be selected by random draw from among all participants who have complied with the conditions of participation described in these rules.

Winners will be notified by e-mail on April 30, 2025.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first attempt, or if the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant designated by a new draw or to dispose of it freely.The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant in the event of fraud or failure to comply with these rules.

ARTICLE 4 - Prizes

4.1    The prizes offered and the terms and conditions of their award are presented on the page dedicated to the competition on the Pluxee https://consumers.pluxee.lu/ website.

ARTICLE 5 – Winners

5.1    Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the address provided at registration. The Third Party or the Organizer will contact them to organize the prize-giving ceremony.

ARTICLE 6 – Personal data

6.1    Winners have the choice of authorizing or refusing the use of their first and last names in any advertising or promotional message or event, in any medium, without this authorization giving rise to any right to consideration other than the prize offered.

6.2    In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data, they have the right to access, rectify and withdraw data concerning them. All information collected as part of the competition will not be sold or transferred to a third party in any way whatsoever.

ARTICLE 7 – Responsibility of the Organizer

7.1    Should the competition be cancelled, postponed or interrupted due to force majeure, technical reasons or any other fortuitous cause, the organizer cannot be held responsible in any way.

7.2    The organizer cannot be held responsible if the e-mail address of the participants, indicated within the framework of the present contest, is not valid, does not work or if the inbox is full and prevents the reception of e-mails or messages.

7.3     The organizer cannot be held responsible for any problems with the delivery and/or loss of electronic mail. In particular, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored on it, or the consequences this may have on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

ARTICLE 8 – Understanding of the conditions

8.1    Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules, available on the Pluxee website or on request.

8.2    Any participation made contrary to the stipulations of the present rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the contest by the organizer without having to justify it. Any identification or participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these rules, will be considered null and void. Entries from the same person under different e-mail addresses will be cancelled.  

8.3    The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with these rules.  

ARTICLE 9 – Final provisions

9.1    The competition is subject to Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the Luxembourg courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
