Order and reload your cards directly online
Place your orders directly online, in just a few clicks, via your customer space or by filling in our Excel template. The cards are sent directly to the employer's address. The PIN code is also sent to the same address, via a separate communication for added security.

Where can I use the Pluxee Gift card ?
You can use your Pluxee Gift card within the Pluxee Gift network.
You can consult the list of restaurants from the Pluxee Gift network on the mobile App Pluxee on map or on list on "EXPLORE". You can define your position and look for the stores closest to you.
You can also see our network on the web portal Pluxee.
You can suggest merchants by sending an email to merchants.lu@pluxeegroup.com.
What does the Pluxee Gift card look like and how does it work?
This is what the Pluxee Gift card looks like:
It is a VISA DEBIT card that works like a classic VISA card: it has a chip for contactless payments and also allows secure online payment.
The card only works in Luxembourg, at affiliated points of sale.
If an employee has an issue with his/her card (lost, damaged, forgot PIN, etc.) what must be done?
In the Pluxee App, consumers can temporarily suspend their card.
To definitely block their card in case of theft, damaged or loss, they should contact our consumer service by email at consumers.lu@pluxeegroup.com or by calling us at (+352) 28 76 15 00 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and selecting option 2 (cardholder).
The same applies for any enquiries PIN related.
How can I pay via Apple Pay with my Pluxee card?
Once you have enrolled your card to your app Wallet:
- Double click on the side button on your phone to activate Apple Pay
- Authenticate on iPhone with Face ID or Touch ID
- Hold the top of your iPhone in front of the payment terminal and the payment process will begin. When finished, your iPhone will display a transaction notification.
How can I add my Pluxee card to Google Pay?
- Open the Pluxee application
- Go to your card's settings menu
- Click on “Add to Google Wallet
- Select your device*
- Accept the Terms and Conditions of use
* Only possible if you own more than one device: you can choose on which device you want to add your card.
After the first registration, please repeat the operation described above if you wish to add your card on another device.
