Could you introduce your company and your role within your artisan business in Luxembourg?
I work for Maison Genaveh, an artisanal chocolate shop where we take pride in celebrating craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and creativity. Our world revolves around pleasure, sharing, and experience, with a genuine desire to give our customers a behind-the-scenes look at our craft.
Within the company, I serve as Brand Ambassador. In practice, I’m responsible for bringing the brand to life every day: I promote our company, its values, and its world, whether in-store, at events, or through the various projects we develop. I also lead workshops and experiences to build connections with our customers and introduce them to our craftsmanship in an immersive and indulgent way.
My goal is truly to share our passion and promote Maison Genaveh in the best way possible.
How long have you been a Pluxee Luxembourg partner, and how did this collaboration begin?
We have been partners for several years now. It started in our city-centre boutique, following growing demand from our customers who wanted to be able to use their lunch vouchers with us.
What convinced you to accept Pluxee vouchers as a payment method in your business?
We simply responded to a request from our customers. It was a no-brainer for us to make their experience easier and allow them to use this payment method in our gourmet universe.
